Admission decisions: POPCS offers rolling admission as space permits. If a class is at capacity, students who apply and meet
admission requirements will be placed on a waiting list.
Beginning January 1, 2020, all newly enrolled students must be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the most current immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. POPCS will recognize medical exemptions written and signed by a physician (M.D. or D.O.) licensed by any state in the United States who has examined the student within the last year.
All new applicants must submit immunization records for the school nurse to approve.
For the complete immunization policy, click here. Contact Katie Morton, School Nurse for any questions concering immunizations. 972-598-1045 or firstname.lastname@example.org
