How to Apply

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

*Recommendation forms are sent electronically to those designated by parent/guardian in the online application.  If the applicant has not been in school, is homeschooled, or the school does not allow recommendations, general character references are accepted from non-family members. Email admissions@popcs.org for more information.

Admission Policies
 
Applicants must meet the following age criteria by September 1 of the school year they are applying for:

Students must demonstrate capability to succeed in our program.  Students' records will be carefully evaluated prior to acceptance.  Current records, teacher evaluations, and admission testing will be considered.

Admission decisions: POPCS offers rolling admission as space permits. If a class is at capacity, students who apply and meet
 admission requirements will be placed on a waiting list.

Immunization Requirements

All new applicants must submit immunization records for the school nurse to approve prior to the first day of attendance.
